What the platform does
AC Media Portal runs a property shoot from first enquiry through to delivery of the finished photos and video:
- Real estate agents book a photography or videography shoot for a property, choosing a service and an available time.
- AC Media staff confirm the booking or offer alternative times, then assign a photographer or videographer.
- The agent completes a property brief with access details, contacts and any specific requirements.
- After the shoot, images and video are proofed, approved and delivered to the agent, and the job is invoiced.
Who uses it
Access is limited to people AC Media works with. Real estate agents and their offices sign in to book shoots and collect finished work. AC Media staff manage scheduling, crew assignment, proofing and invoicing. Photographers and videographers contracted to AC Media see the jobs they have been assigned. The portal is not open to the general public and does not offer public sign-up.
Connecting a Google Calendar
Photographers and videographers working with AC Media can optionally connect their Google Calendar. Once connected, any shoot they are assigned appears automatically as an event on their calendar, with the property address, time, agent contact details, access instructions and the shoot brief, kept up to date if the job details change.
AC Media Portal also checks when connected crew are free, so agents are not offered a booking time when everyone is already busy. This uses only the start and finish times of existing calendar events — never their titles or contents. Connecting is optional and can be undone at any time. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
